Our Quality Management Methodology

We comply with global standards, basically ISO 17100. That involves steps followed before executing any localization project, followed by on-job quality assurance, then the post-production process.

  • Hiring only native speakers and experienced candidates to participate in the project execution.

  • Defining each project/account stakeholders and audiences

  • Kick-off call with the customer to ensure expectations are aligned and all the questions are addressed.

  • Production budgets are defined, considering quality assurance stages.

  • All project team members should be tested, and trained.

  • CAT Tools abilities should be tested and all teams are properly trained on how to use them.

  • Project instructions, termbases, TMs, references material, and other pre-production steps are considered carefully before the project kick-off.

  • Upon starting the production, QA samples are collected according to the arrangement with the team(s).

  • Samples are evaluated from all production layers: language accuracy, layout, or QC specifications, and adherence to instructions and guidelines

  • Queries are communicated to the customer or the production lead.

  • Team members discuss any issues and raise any questions to ensure no bugs, mistakes, or problems occur when the project is completed.

  • Implementing the final output of the team's discussion, scorecards, or references.

  • When the production is completed, the material is moved to the editing or QC stage.

  • A second reviewer / QC tester / Proofreader will carefully check the output.

  • We utilize automated solutions as well, such as  xBench, Verifica, or In-app QC functions. To ensure language or layout Quality, terminology adherence, consistency, and accuracy.

  • Feedback is communicated to the team for arbitration or bug fixing.

  • Queries or on-job updates are verified according to the project's checklists
