With years of experience, we've successfully selected, trained, and placed 1000s of candidates. We comply with efficient and innovative vendor management methodologies.

Talent Selection

1. SELECTING

Carefully screen the applicant's resume/profile to ensure compliance with the selection criteria: educational level, years of experience, specialization, and references.

Training Candidates

3. TRAINING

All candidates must pass the training stage, both generic and on-project. To ensure compliance with code of conduct, tools, or project specification.

Categorizing

5. CATEGORIZING

Talents are categorized according to their experience level, test score, KPIs, and areas of expertise. We utilize XP Matrix, where each talent is granted XP points when passing each stage or completing tasks.

Testing Candidates

2. TESTING

All candidates must pass a service assessment test. Then evaluated according to standard selection criteria. That includes subject matter, service competency, or test score.

Monitoring Candidats

4. MONITORING

Candidates are boarded to the "Talent" stage, KPIs are monitored, which include service level awareness, product quality, and other performance indicators.

Rewards and Recognition

6. REWARDING

According to each candidate's XP Matrix, they are granted rewards. That includes placing in major projects, training courses, certificates, or other loyalty intensives.
